About us
What we do
ING Direct are a bank based in the UK. We are wholly owned by our global parent company, ING Group who provide banking services, investments, life insurance and retirement plans to over 85 million customers world wide. ING Group has customers all over Europe, the United States, Canada, Latin America, Asia and Australia and as one of the largest financial institutions in the world, has over £1 trillion in assets.
Back in the UK, at ING Direct we have over 1 million customers, award winning UK based call centres and offer a great range of financial products including Savings and Mortgages.
We employ approximately 1,000 people in the UK and we’re currently based in two locations - we’ve got one site in Reading, Berkshire on the Thames Valley Business Park and our other site is in the heart of Cardiff. We often have opportunities at both locations, so please check regularly.
