Your development

At ING Direct we’re really proud of the development opportunities we give to all our employees. From the Orange Onboarding event you’ll attend as soon as you join us to discussing a Development Action Plan with your Manager, you’ll receive all the support you need to enable you to shine in your role. We run some great in-house courses, have lots of interesting e-learn modules and encourage you to study for professional qualifications where possible.
