We have dedicated Training and Organisational Development teams offering a wide variety of learning opportunities including internal and external courses, e-learning, the CMI Introductory Diploma to Management, IFS Customer Service Professional and other professional qualifications. We ensure the development we offer constantly evolves and supports the initial induction each staff member goes through on joining the company. All staff have development plans which are regularly reviewed to ensure each person remains challenged, goal oriented and reaches their maximum potential.
