If at any point you are ever concerned about the security on your account or receive an e-mail with an embedded link and ask for you to enter personal or security details, treat it as suspicious.
Never enter any sensitive information that might help provide access to your accounts, even if the page appears legitimate.
To report lost or stolen security details or if you suspect unauthorised use of your account

If you are calling outside our opening hours, please leave a short message detailing your security concerns on our fraud reporting voicemail service and we will review immediately the next working day.
To make a suspended account available to use again
Please contact us during our normal opening hours on 0845 603 8888 and explain the situation and we will work with you to re-enable your service.
To let us know about a Scam or Bogus email you receive
If you have received a fraudulent email pretending to be from ING Direct and have either clicked on a link or replied to the email with any account or login details, please contact us during our normal opening hours on 0845 603 8888 and explain the situation. The cost of calls to 0845 numbers varies. Please check the rate with your phone provider.
Additionally, you can forward us screenshots or a copy of a scam or bogus email via email to security@ingdirect.co.uk. PLEASE NOTE: We will not reply to emails and if you suspect somebody knows your details or you suspect unauthorised use of your account you should telephone us on the number provided above.
