Keep your Computer safe and secure
In order to make sure that you are protecting from internet threats, we ask you to always use Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware and a personal firewall. In addition to this please ensure that you update your computer with the latest fixes from your operating system supplier.

You may already be using anti-virus software but to be effective the software should be updated on a regular basis with the latest virus definition files. If you are unsure how to do this, you should refer to the program's Help function.

Keep your Mobile Phone safe and secure
Whenever you access your ING Direct account via the mobile website, mobile application or the full website, you will be asked for your Customer Number, Partial PIN and full Memorable Date in exactly the same way as you are used to.
To further ensure that no one can gain access to your account or your personal information, we also suggest that you enable security on your mobile device,
Setting a Phone PIN and enabling automatic lock will help ensure that if your phone is ever lost or stolen, the content is protected.
