The lines are open Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm, Saturdays 9am - 6pm and Sundays 10am - 2pm.
Please notify us as soon as possible of any change which may affect your policy in relation to any of the following:
- Change of address (if you are an ING Direct savings customer then please also call us 0845 603 8888)
- Structural alterations to your home
- If you or your family intend to let or sub-let your home
- If you or your family intend to use your home for any reason other than private residential purposes
- If your home will be unoccupied (continuously for more than 30 days)
