Make a claim
To keep things simple we've made it quick and easy to report a claim. All our claim lines are in the UK. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year (excluding Identity Theft cover which is open from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday).
If you need to make a claim, don't panic. We'll tell you what to do next, and aim to sort things out quickly. It will help if you have your insurance policy and schedule at hand.
If property is lost or theft or malicious damage is suspected, you must immediately inform the police and obtain a crime or lost property reference number.
You and your family are covered for up to £50,000 legal costs covering any private legal problem arising in the UK.
Emergency Home Assistance:
You're covered 24/7 in the event of an emergency, such as a burst pipe, blocked drain or electrical fault (up to £1000 per emergency).
Identity Theft cover helpline open from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
