WHO CAN APPLY
You can apply for ING Direct Home Insurance if:
- Your home is your permanent residence and is in the United Kingdom including the Channel Islands and The Isle of Man
- Your home is your main residence
- For buildings cover the home must be owned by you and for contents cover the contents must be owned by you
- You are 18 years old or over
- No person living at your home has had any criminal convictions, previously been declared bankrupt or been subject to bankruptcy proceedings, been previously refused insurance or had any terms imposed
- Your buildings sum insured does not exceed £500,000
- Your contents sum insured does not exceed £60,000
- Your home has 5 bedrooms or less
- Your home does not have a history of flooding or subsidence
