- Available after 6 full mortgage payments have been made
- Minimum additional borrowing of £5,000
- Minimum term of 5 years
- Maximum total loan to value of your property is 80%
- Subject to satisfactory valuation, income, affordability and credit checks
- Additional borrowing will be on products available at time of application
