What Mortgage products do you offer?
From time to time we may offer fixed, tracker, and variable rate Mortgages. For more information simply call our mortgage team on 0845 603 8888.
Can I add my product fee to my loan?
The product fee includes a booking fee which is payable on application. The remainder of the product fee can be added to the loan or paid on application. You will pay interest on the fees as this will be included in your loan amount.
Do you offer Buy to Let mortgages?
We only offer residential mortgages to owner-occupiers on their main home.
Can you give me financial advice?
We will not offer advice as to whether a mortgage is suitable for you and your circumstances. Our Initial Disclosure Document explains the service you can expect to receive from ING Direct. For further advice, you may want to speak to an Independent Financial Advisor.
How do I obtain a mortgage quote?

How do I apply for a mortgage?

Can I apply for a joint mortgage?
Yes. We will consider applications for up to 2 people.
I'm self-employed - what will I need in order to apply?
We will need copies of your last 2 annual tax assessments from HM Revenue and Customs and your last 3 months business and personal bank statements as proof of your income to approve your application. You cannot self-certify your income when applying for an ING Direct Mortgage.
Can I choose the monthly payment date?
Yes. This will be the date that interest is added and the payment taken from your nominated account.
Can I move my mortgage to a new property?
If you are considering moving your current ING Direct mortgage to a new property simply call our mortgage team on 0845 603 8888.
Can I borrow more money?
If you want to borrow more money against your property for home improvements or another reason then call us now on 0845 848 0506
How do I send funds to my mortgage account?
