If your current ING Direct mortgage product is coming to an end, or you just want to switch to one of our other great new remortgage deals, it couldn’t be easier…
1 - Choose your product
We don’t keep our best mortgage deals just for new customers; our valued existing customers get them too. You can choose from any of our great remortgage rates available:
- Fixed rate
- Tracker rate
- Variable rate
2 - Get a quote
Our UK based mortgage team will be happy to give you a quote, just call us on 0845 848 0288; our call centre is open 9am – 7pm Monday – Friday and 9am – 2pm on Saturdays.
3 - Reserve your product
As an existing customer, you can arrange to switch product quickly and simply over the phone.
- If your existing deal is coming to an end, you can pre-book any of our remortgage deals anytime up until the end of your initial rate. (Subject to status and availability)
- If you wish to switch your existing deal before the end of its term, be aware that an early repayment charge may apply. Your initial Key Fact Illustration (KFI) will mention it.
