Before you start your application, please have the information below to hand. Please note if this is a joint application we require the information for both applicants.

If you wish to return with the information below, then you can use our stop and save function. This is available throughout the application process.

  • 3 years' address history
  • Income and employment details
  • Information on your current mortgage (if you are remortgaging)
  • Credit / debit card details
  • Details of any outstanding loans and credit commitments
  • Property address details
  • Solicitor's details (if you are buying a property)
  • Bank details

If you need to save your application at any time, simply click on the icon like the one shown here. This will enable you to continue with your application at a more convenient time.

You can then continue your application by clicking on the relevant button on the mortgages home page.

As part of the mortgage application, a number of documents will be made available to view or save in a PDF format. These PDFs use Adobe Acrobat software.
