Get a quote to compare your mortgage options and decide if an ING Direct mortgage is right for you.
Get a quote (Key Facts Illustration)
- Contains all the details you need to decide if a mortgage is right for you
- Use this document to compare other providers with ING Direct
- Save as many quotes (KFIs) as you like and retrieve them at a later date
- This should take approximately 5 minutes to complete
APPLY FOR AN ING DIRECT MORTGAGE
Once you have a quote you will be able to get an agreement in principle and will then have the option to complete your application online.
Get an Agreement in Principle (AIP)
- We will give you an agreement in principle on what we'll lend you based on the personal information you provide us with (subject to other information, like a property valuation)
- This should take approximately 10 minutes to complete
Complete application
- You can complete your application online or over the phone
- Register for our Mortgage Application Tracker service to receive text or email application updates
- This should take approximately 10 minutes to complete
You can stop and save your application at any stage. You will then be able to return at a more convenient time.

If you have a quote or wish to return to your application
You can get a quote or apply for your mortgage over the phone. Before submitting an application over the phone you will need to have completed a quote with us and have read and understood the Key Facts Illustration (KFI).
