Get email or SMS updates
- We will send you email or SMS updates to let you know when your application has been updated
- Simply log on to your account to see how your application is progressing
To login to the mortgage application tracker,
- If you are a new customer: on completion of the Full Mortgage Application you will be given a 9 digit customer number and a mortgage application number and requested to set-up a password - you will be asked for those to access your application
- If you are an existing ING Direct savings customer, you will be able to login with your customer number and PIN number.
