To open an ING Direct Cash ISA you need to:
- Be aged over 18 years or over
- Be a UK resident**
- Hold a UK current account (with a personal cheque book and Direct Debit facility)
- Have access to a touch tone telephone
- Ensure you do not hold an active ISA for the current tax year
- Have a National Insurance number
Before starting your online application, please have to hand your:
- Bank sort code
- Current account number
- National Insurance number
