Tax certificates explained
Towards the end of April we will produce Annual Certificates of Deduction of Tax for all our customers.
- If you receive a paper savings statement, your Tax Certificate(s) will be included unless you have advised us that you only require an online copy.
- If you view your statements online, you will also be able to view and download a copy of your
Tax Certificate. A paper copy will posted to you at the end of April if you have advised us you require one.
You can change your preference from paper to online, or vice versa, by logging into your account and going to Manage my account or by calling us on 0845 603 8888.
